Cooking with Cannabis (class) hosted by Mary J. White at Dockside Shoreline
Dockside Shoreline 15029 Aurora Ave N, ShorelineDockside Shoreline is excited to host guest chef, Mary J. White, for a D.I.Y. session on how to incorporate cannabis into your home cooking. Mary is local to Seattle and authored the recently published cookbook, Every Day Mary J: A Practical Guide to Cooking with Cannabis. In this class, she will cover some methods of making cannabis infusions, as well as guidelines for dosing homemade edibles.
